N95 Automatic Mask Making Machine supplied by us is a high performance industrial equipment which is used to make top quality particulate-filtering face pieces for the filtration of at least 95% of airborne particles. The produced respirator are designed as per the set standards of the U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. It is equipped with stepper motor for the controlling of sealing inside the nose wire and embossing roller to ensure the accuracy of the position of various components. The position tracking system in the N95 Automatic Mask Making Machine helps in continuous welding which improves the production capacity.

It is provided with an ultrasonic wave welding technique to weld the ear liners which operates in conjunction with position tracking system to join the supporting strings accurately. The double station pad printing and the automatic labelling designs facilitates with the custom printing to print various types of logos. It is very simple and convenient in operation due to the automatic pressing and edge sealing stand. This machine is equipped with a roller cutting die which gives a highly finished and elegant designs. The whole is designed as per the industrial standards and having a size of 9600 mm Length, 1200 millimetre width and a height of 1800 mm.
